Providing Applicant List
The list of applicants and their CVs are shared with the organization.

Shortlisting Candidates
Organizations view and shortlist resumes using the resume manager.
Step 7
Conducting Tests and Interviews
Organizations visit the campus on assigned dates to conduct recruitment processes.

Announcing Selections
Organizations provide the list of selected students, preferably on the same day.
